England vs. School Board on Monroe County
$3,500,000.00 settlement of a near drowning case in which the teachers at Key West High School did not watch our client as he was at the school’s swimming pool, causing him to suffer a near drowning resulting in a coma. This case required the Florida Legislature to pass a Claims Bill into law.
