Joseph I. Lipsky is a second generation Florida Personal Injury Attorney, following along the path blazed by Michael A. Lipsky, his father, who was a Miami personal injury attorney for over fifty years. Mr. Lipsky is also a fourth generation native of South Florida. Mr. Lipsky’s family was one of the founding families of Key West, Florida. David Wolkowsky, his great uncle, known as Mr. Key West, is credited for the vibrant rebirth of the city in the 1960s.
Mr. Lipsky is a life-long Floridian who graduated from Miami Beach Senior High, the University of Florida, where he graduated with a B.S. in Public Relations, and St Thomas University School of Law, where he achieved his Juris Doctorate. While at St. Thomas University, Joseph received the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Practice, which was awarded to him by the law school faculty for excellence in trial practice.
