Joseph I. Lipsky
Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Plantation, the Palm Beaches and the Florida Keys
Joseph I. Lipsky is a second generation Florida Personal Injury Attorney, following the path blazed by Michael A. Lipsky, his father, who was a Miami personal injury attorney for over fifty years. Mr. Lipsky is also a fourth generation native of South Florida. Mr. Lipsky’s family was one of the founding families of Key West, Florida. David Wolkowsky, his great uncle, known as Mr. Key West, is credited for the vibrant rebirth of the city in the 1960s. Mr. Lipsky is responsible to the donation of Ballast Key, his great uncle’s private island, to the Nature Conservancy for its inclusion in the Key West Nature Preserve.
Mr. Lipsky is a life-long Floridian who graduated from Miami Beach Senior High, the University of Florida, where he graduated with a B.S. in Public Relations, and St. Thomas University School of Law, where he achieved his Juris Doctorate. While at St. Thomas University, Joseph received the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Practice, which the school faculty awarded him for the excellence in trial practice he demonstrated. Trial practice is a needed skill for any attorney specializing in personal injury trial law.
Since he graduated law school, Joseph has used his skills as a Miami personal injury attorney to specialize in helping seriously injured victims of car accidents and personal injuries throughout South Florida, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, the Florida Keys and the Palm Beaches. Mr. Lipsky became a Fort Lauderdale personal injury attorney helping accident victims, after he himself was the victim of a serious Miami car accident. Having lived through the difficulties of being seriously injured, and recovering after surgery and physical therapy, Joe knows full well the importance of choosing the right, aggressive and experienced personal injury lawyer. Having lived through the trauma of a car accident and going through the medical care and rehabilitation necessary to move forward with his life, Joseph realized that his efforts as a lawyer were best served as a personal injury attorney helping other car accident victims put the pieces of their lives back together. It is his first-hand experience as a car accident victim which allows Joseph an insight into the difficulties Ft. Lauderdale car accident victims have from the onset of their accident through its resolution. It is this real-life experience which sets Joe apart from the throngs of other personal injury lawyers.
Since graduating law school more than twenty-seven years ago, Mr. Lipsky’s achievements have let him reach a degree of recognition among his peers as a Florida personal injury attorney, including being accepted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a society of trial attorneys reserved for those who demonstrate their skills by resolving cases for their clients with jury verdicts and settlements in excess of one million dollars. As listed on the “Our Successes” page of this website, Mr. Lipsky has, continually helped hundreds of seriously injured clients recover tens of millions of dollars for their personal injuries, fractures, herniated discs, scarring, pain and suffering, and disfigurement through numerous trials and settlements.
Mr. Lipsky is repeatedly noted by his peers and lawyer rating services, including Avvo, as Superb – a designation which only a hand few of attorneys, those with an extensive track record of proving themselves as experienced Fort Lauderdale personal injury trial attorneys are awarded.
